Dealing with what-ifs in Christian life

Regrets and what-ifs can leave us staring at walls, obsessed with a past that can’t be changed, a mistake that wracks us with guilt. But how do these what-ifs affect the God-fearing person? But the Christian perspective is to practice focus and restraint. Indulging in each and every option presented to us does not mean we are confronting problems head on, as some of them are mere temptations. As Christians, we must take responsibility for our actions and learn to say no because our faith is strong.  And if a regret haunts us because it was indeed a mistake, we have to remember that everyone makes them, and our God is a forgiving one.
